  • bulldoze-cost: The number of Simoleons (without the § sign as that is already there) the building costs to demolish.
  • caprelief: The amount of CAP relief given by this lot.

All -mag type properties are contained in the PIMx Property Pollution at Center.

All -spr type properties are contained in the PIMx Property Pollution Radii.

Transport Building Properties

  • tswitch-cap: The capacity of a Transit Switch. Not the Maximum capacity, as we know this is much higher. Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Transit Switch Traffic Capacity, except for Ferries, where it is MiscType1.
  • tswitch-types: The types of vehicle served by this transit switch. Separate different travel types with a Line Break.
  • tswitch-fare: The amount paid by a sim to pass through the lot. Should not be on Mass Transit lots as this is calculated by the transit sim separately.

Utility Building Properties

Power Facilities

  • power-produced: The amount of electrical power created by the lot, in MWh/month. Equivalent PIMx Property Name is Power Generated.
  • nuclearexplosion-mag: The amount of Radiation Pollution created by a Nuclear Power Plant exploding, over nuclearexplosion-spr tiles.

Water Facilities
