SimVision was a fansite run by BarbulaM1, opened on April 29, 2004. In addition to a forum, it had an exchange, the SVEX, and a Simcyclopedia section. The SVEX was an open exchange, like the STEX at Simtropolis, and contained files for games other than SC4.
In October 2008, it merged with The Planning Pages, a now defunct fansite. SimVision closed in April 2013.
