redlotus was one of the earliest transit modders in the SC4 Community, and a founding member of what is now the NAM Team in 2004. He made substantial contributions to the NAM and his guide "Creating Interchanges for Sim City 4" from 2004 is still a well-utilized modding reference resource for the creation of Puzzle Pieces. As of this writing, he is not currently active in the community.
